Project Lookout was filmed during an off-roading trip to Cape Lookout National Seashore. This video is about friendship, freedom, and the memories my friends and I made before leaving for college. I wanted it to feel adventurous and personal, a moment in life that I could look back on and remember clearly. Through this project, I learned more about editing beach footage, using music, and making a video feel like a real memory instead of just clips put together.

The Flatirons video is from a trip I took to Boulder, Colorado, with my mom last summer. This project is more calm and peaceful, and it reminds me of being outside and seeing a place that felt completely different from home. I wanted the video to show the beauty of the mountains and the time I got to spend with my mom. While editing, I focused more on timing, pacing, and making the video feel natural.

Side View Mirror was filmed during my drive home from Leesburg, Virginia, after a flight lesson. This video is about aviation, sunsets, and the feeling of leaving behind a part of my life as I work toward my PPL. I wanted the mirror to act like a frame inside the video, showing the sunset in a different way and reflecting on the memories I made durring that time of my life. This project helped me think more about composition and how small everyday moments can still feel meaningful.
